1. Application Fields
Insulator iron caps are mainly used in circuit transmission, surge arresters, substations, and other insulator accessories, making them an important component in power systems.
2. Production process
Raw material intake, weighing → raw material testing→ unloading → shell making→ sand burial→ melting→ pre-furnace inspection→ metallographic analysis→ casting → turning the cart→ gate separation→ grinding flash→ shot blasting and sanding → dimensional inspection→ tensile testing→ standard inspection→ hot-dip galvanizing → water → natural cooling→ → dimensional inspection→ zinc layer thickness inspection→ tensile testing→ bagging and storage
3. Features and Advantages
The open source insulator iron cap features a smooth surface, sturdy material, and excellent performance. It strictly follows the JB/T 8178-1999 standard, using ductile cast iron QT450-10, QT500-7, and other materials, treated with plating aid and hot-dip galvanizing processes. It complies with international standards such as JB/T8177 and ASTM A153-80, with a tensile strength rating of approximately 90KN-500KN, and a zinc layer thickness of ≥86μm, meeting international standards and providing effective wear and corrosion resistance.
4. Packaging
Tons of bags
