The all-terrain disaster rescue breacher is characterized by all-terrain unimpeded access and amphibious functions, and can adapt to plateau, desert, snowfield, waters, Gobi desert, forest and other terrains, with world-class technical level. In 2015, the equipment landed in the South Pole for the first time. It was mainly used for the transportation of scientific expedition team members, materials and equipment, and adapted to the temperature of -41℃-46℃. its appearing has fulfilled the "zero" breakthrough in domestic large-scale scientific expedition equipment, so it is praised as "a pillar of the great power". In 2021, the vehicle boarded the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau at an altitude of more than 4,800 m, and was called "the highest transport vehicle in the history of mankind".

For the emergency rescue of earthquake, landslide and other disasters, the vehicle can go through rivers and pass through complex terrain between the frontline and the rear support zone, quickly transport rescue workers and relief materials to the disaster area and transfer trapped people, under the condition of road damage and bridge collapse. It can transport ≥14 people or ≥4 tons of materials at one time. Compared with ordinary wheeled transport vehicles, this vehicle plays an irreplaceable role in the early stage of disaster relief.

(I) Application scenarios 

(1) Geological disaster rescue

In case of road damage caused by large-scale geological disasters, the all-terrain tracked personnel carrier can transport rescue workers, relief materials and rescue equipment across field roads, and can also use its amphibious characteristics to cross rivers and lakes. Therefore, it effectively shortens the distance, saves time and quickly enters the disaster area.

(2) Flood disaster rescue

When a flood disaster occurs, we must rescue the trapped people firstly. In this regard, the all-terrain tracked personnel carrier travels smoothly in the water and is not easy to roll over, owing to its amphibious characteristics. It can enter the water directly without preparation and arrive at the disaster area to transfer trapped people quickly and safely.

(II) Integrated rubber track undercarriage

With an integrated rubber track undercarriage which is unique in China, the vehicle has strong off-road capability, and can freely pass through mountainous region, snowfield, swamp, desert, and other complex terrains. It has the amphibious functions, and can travel freely on highways, with a high speed of ≥55 km/h.

It adopts internationally-advanced fully hydraulic drive technology, four-wheel drive stepless speed change, and its driving mode is the same as that of general automatic transmission vehicles, which is simple to operate and easy to use.
