CIMAC assures that all construction wheels are designed, manufactured, painted, and tested to the highest standards in order to maximize wheel performance, durability, and value.

CIMAC’s single-piece and multi-piece wheels for the construction industry fully utilize high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel. Heat-treated material is used for critical components of multi-piece wheels. Automatic butt-welding is widely used on rims, rings, and other circular parts; all circumferential weld seams are inspected by non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure zero defects.
