EBZ series roadheader cranes

The entire machine integrates tunneling, temporary support, anchor rod and cable support, and other functions, with a compact structure and a high degree of comprehensive mechanization. The onboard hydraulic anchor rod drilling rig is arranged above the moving sections on both sides of the tunneling machine body. During tunneling, the anchor rod rig is positioned behind the rotary platform, which does not affect cutting operations. During support, the anchor rod drilling rig moves to the position in front of the cutting head through a two-stage longitudinal movement mechanism to perform support operations. The front drilling rig can work top bang anchor rod anchor cables, pressure relief holes, and detection holes; the rear drilling rig can work top anchor cables, gang anchor rod anchor cables, and pressure relief holes, etc.
