On electric locomotives and EMUs, water-cooled substrates and air- cooled plates are heat-exchanging products used to cool mutiple IGBT traction converter modules and electrical components installed on their surfaces. Except for different models of water- -cooled substrates, the internal structure is not the same except the shape and size. Bingrui has mastered the design, manufacturing and experimental testing technology of water cooled substrates, and has the abilty to develop and produce water -cooled substrates and air-cooled plates for locomotives and EMUs.
