AVIKS GEARFORTEC PAO CLP 320 gear oil is a fully synthetic gear oil 320 viscosity based on polyalphaolefins (PAO) with a complex of high-performance additives. Synthetic industrial oil for gearboxes operating under high loads. It provides easy starting at low temperatures and stable oil film thickness at high temperatures, thereby significantly extending service intervals. It is highly resistant to wear and oxidation, shows good viscosity and temperature characteristics and excellent lubricating properties. It has excellent load-bearing capacity and good resistance to scuffing and micropitting. Compatible with most seals, including butyl, nitrile, neoprene rubbers and Viton.
It is used in closed industrial gearboxes operating under high loads, for lubrication of bearings and other parts that are lubricated by spray or circulating lubrication systems, in spiral-bevel, two-stage and helical gearboxes, in light and medium-loaded worm gears with steel/bronze pairs, in gear couplings of all kinds, chains, guides, hinges, spindles, for modern gearboxes operating under high loads, in paper, metallurgical, woodworking, petroleum, textile, cement, sugar and mining industries.
