WJ-7 underground loaders are mainly used in the underground roadway of the mine, mainly for shoveling and transporting loose materials after blasting. It can also be used for railway, highway and water conservancy tunnel projects, and is suitable for roadway operations with medium section of more than 4m×4m.

●The power system adopts VOLVO water-cooled low-pollution engine, which has low fuel consumption, simple and reliable operation, and easy maintenance;

●The exhaust system is equipped with an exhaust gas silencer purifier, which greatly reduces air pollution;

●The power transmission system adopts DANA torque converter gearbox, KESSLER spring brake hydraulic release drive axle, mine cut-resistant pneumatic tires, four-wheel drive, high transmission efficiency, high braking safety and reliability, and long tire life;

●The service brake adopts wet multi-disc spring brake hydraulic release brake, MICO fluid filling valve and brake valve; the parking brake adopts spring brake on the drive axle;

●The frame is a central articulated structure, and the rear axle swings left and right around the center of the frame to improve the adhesion performance of the whole machine;

●The steering system is a hydraulic power steering system with double-side steering cylinders;

●The hydraulic hose and cable of the whole machine are covered with flame retardant sheath pipe and wax pipe to prevent fire caused by splashing of various oil products after the hydraulic hose and diesel hose are ruptured.
