WJ-6 Underground loaders

WJ-6 underground loaders are mainly used in underground mine tunnels to shovel and transport loose materials after blasting. It can also be used in tunnel projects such as railways, highways and water conservancy projects, and is suitable for tunnel operations with medium cross-sections above 4 m×4 m.

Advantages and features

●The power system adopts a water-cooled low-pollution engine, which has low fuel consumption, simple and reliable operation, and easy maintenance;

●The exhaust system is equipped with an exhaust silencer purifier, which greatly reduces air pollution;

●The power transmission system adopts DANA torque converter gearbox, KESSLER spring brake hydraulic release drive axle, mining cut-resistant pneumatic tires, four-wheel drive, high transmission efficiency, braking safety, high reliability and long tire life;

●The service brake adopts wet multi-disc spring brake hydraulic release brake; MICO liquid filling valve and brake valve; the parking brake adopts spring brake on the drive axle;

●The frame has a central articulated structure, and the rear axle swings left and right around the center of the frame to improve the adhesion performance of the entire machine;

●The steering system is a hydraulic power steering system with double-sided steering cylinders;

●All hydraulic hoses and cables in the machine are covered with flame-retardant sheathing tubes and wax tubes to prevent fires caused by various oil products splashing after the hydraulic hoses and diesel pipes rupture.
