This product is the KXJ-2x80/1140(660) explosion-proof and intrinsically safe electric control box for mines, mainly used in underground coal mines containing methane mixed gas and explosion hazards. It features two output circuits rated at 80A, allowing control of forward and reverse start-stop, reset, and other operations of the two motors, providing protection against motor overload, phase loss, short circuit, and overcurrent. It can remotely control and collect various operational data of the coal mine explosion-proof frequency converter via network cable.

1. Adopts a quick-open door structure design, equipped with a "power cut-off and lock" mechanical interlock device, making disassembly, installation, and maintenance convenient.
2. Centered on high-performance Korean LG series PLCs, ensuring reliable and stable control logic.
3. Dual-circuit motor control, capable of independently or simultaneously controlling two motors.
4. Equipped with motor remote and nearby control selective control functions.
5. Built-in protection functions for phase loss, overload, and short circuit, providing effective protection for the motor.
6. Data collection and control of explosion-proof frequency converters can be remotely via network cable.
7. Equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) and 15 integrated button control panels, it can visually display the device's operating status, making local operation and parameter settings convenient.
8. Rated operating voltage of 1140V or 660V, capable of adapting to different underground grid voltage levels.

9. Supports Ethernet communication (TCP/IP protocol), allowing easy access to underground industrial ring networks for remote monitoring and data transmission.
