Summary: This model features drilling capabilities and is used in conjunction with the tunneling machine, utilizing the upper and lower space to stagger trains and fully and effectively utilize the upper area of the roadway. The multifunctional support platform can adapt to various working conditions (including the roof with sloped slabs), lifting steel strips and steel mesh to the aisle roof, or lifting rails to connect with tracks installed above the aisle, and serving as an auxiliary lifting tool for equipment maintenance, making it highly practical. For roadways with good roof conditions, "cut anchors at every five rows," and for roadways with poor roof conditions, "cut anchors at three rows at interval once."
Introduction to the main product features
1. This model features drilling functions and can be used in conjunction with the tunneling machine, utilizing the upper and lower space to stagger and effectively utilize the upper part of the roadway.
2. Multifunctional support platform, capable of adapting to various working conditions (including the roof as inclined slabs), lifting steel strip steel mesh to the aisle roof, lifting rails to connect with tracks installed at the upper part of the roadway, and serving as an auxiliary lifting tool for equipment maintenance and maintenance, making it highly practical. For roadways with good roof conditions, "cut anchors at every five rows," and for roadways with poor roof conditions, "cut anchors at three rows at interval once."
3. The platform length meets the length of 3-5 consecutive rows of anchor rods. The roadhead cuts at the front, and the platform follows closely behind the cutting head, protecting the roof of the cut tunnel. When the tunneling machine stops operating and the equipment is behind the track, the platform lowers the two support legs on the face of the face, extends the front baffle to protect the upper part of the dry face, and at this point, the two support legs "stand upright" to seamlessly connect the support platform with the tunnel roof, resulting in zero open roof distance.
4. After seamlessly connecting the face-to-face face, use the support legs to secure the support platform and open the sequence valve. The legs descend according to the set program, sequentially securing the vehicle frame platform and the randomly fixed work platform. The four anchor rod machines installed on the work platform extend out and begin work by drilling anchor rods and cable holes in the top and plastic sections with 3-5 row spacing. The drilling and installation of each anchor rod or cable is continuous. After the last anchor rod is drilled and installed, the steel belt anchor mesh support spanning 3-5 rows is complete. Compared to traditional work cycles, Under platform support, 3-5 anchor rod rows are used for one-time anchor mesh operation, reducing the number of anchor mesh cycles by more than two-thirds, greatly improving support efficiency.
5. The monorail crane auxiliary transport system is completed simultaneously with the tunnel excavation forming. (Note: If the pavement assistance transport system still uses rail transport, installing lifting and rail removal devices and hoisting platforms at the rear of the two-arm and four-arm anchor rod locomotives is installed.)
