The Rotary airlock & feeders RL series valves is a Simple, Stable, Elegant & Plug “N” Play Rotary Airlock & Feeders. The RL Series Valves are the embodiment of Anval’s Simple design solutions, offering low maintenance and off the shelf airlocks for wide range of dust collection applications.

RL Series airlock & feeders valves are cost-effective and robust in design. The airlock & feeders valves are available in opening sizes ranging from 150 mm to 300 mm with Universal Flanges to suite both Square and Circular mating flanges.

The “labyrinth seals” ensures perfect sealing of rotating shaft thus ensures zero leakage through shaft ends. These labyrinth seals even effective with highly abrasive products and also when there is high pressure across the system. This “single piece” cast design has all of the advantages of Cast Iron over traditional mild steel including superior corrosion resistance, better wear properties and thermal stability. RL Series airlock & feeders valves can handle a maximum capacity of 33.6 m³/hr.
