Siton WJ-1 LHD loader is a high-efficiency machine specifically designed for loading, hauling, and dumping operations in small mines. It is mainly used for loading broken materials after blasting or cutting, and suitable for challenging underground working sites such as short-distance transport, narrow working spaces, low roof clearances, and muddy roadways. The whole machine is compact, flexible and efficient. The bucket volume is 1 m³and loading capacity is 2 t. It is suitable for drifts with a crosssection at least 2.5 m wide and 2.5 m high. The combination of compact size and superior performance is an ideal choice for improving the productivity of drifting and stoping operations.

1.Safety

Siton WJ-1 underground loader features a full set of safety systems, including spring-applied, hydraulically-released (SAHR) brake and the combination of parking and emergency functions, ensuring reliable stopping in emergency. Its canopy is ISO ROPS and FOPS certified. Radio Remote ControlRRCis also available as an option. Standard-equipped LED lights improve visibility and help to avoid the loader colliding with walls, other equipment, or personnel.

Equipped with a diesel engine, it can output large torque at low rpm, with strong power and stable operation. The drive system adopts a variable pump and variable motor to form a static hydraulic circuit, realizing stepless transmission drive, higher power transmission efficiency and lower energy consumption, providing continuous and reliable power support for complex underground working environment.

3.Flexibility

WJ-1 adopts a central articulated structure between its front and rear frames, combined with a swing linkage mounted on a slewing bearing and four-wheel drive. This design ensures exceptional passability and steering precision in narrow drifts. The fully hydraulic power steering system reduces operator workload and enables agile maneuvering even under harsh underground conditions.

4.Maintenance

All daily maintenance can be performed from the ground.
