Product Introduction

AW series slurry pump is a high efficiency and energy saving, single-stage, single suction centrifugal slurry pump, with outlet diameter of 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm and other specifications. This series of slurry pump is suitable for electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries to transport abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles, and its solid-liquid mixture of the maximum weight concentration: Gray slurry is 45%, mineral slurry is 60%. According to user’s needs, it can be run in series. It is characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, easy maintenance and so on.

Product Features

Large diameter, short cantilever to ensure the rigidity of the shaft, suitable for high-power working conditions.

Hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve with "O" ring seals at both ends. The sleeve protects the shaft from wear and corrosion.

Ductile iron pump housing provides durability, strength, safety and longer life.

Thin oil lubrication for easy maintenance.

The overflow parts are made of high chromium alloy, which is characterized by wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, improving the service life and suitable for different working conditions.

Wide impeller channel, reasonable hydraulic structure, improve the flow and abrasion erosion, prolong the service life, and there are a variety of vane number as well as the impeller for customers to choose, suitable for a variety of slurry medium transportation.

Shaft sealing can adopt packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal to adapt to different working conditions.

Outlets can be rotated in 8 directions at an interval of 45° as required to suit the installation and application.
