Product Introduction

AG series vortex pump is mainly used for larger or breakage-sensitive particle conveying applications and is capable of handling large and very soft particles, especially where particle degradation is a concern. Its large internal volume profile, combined with the embedded open impeller design, reduces particle interaction and the risk of potential clogging.

Features

Wet end parts are unlined all-metal design with simple structure, few parts and light weight. 

The unique embedded impeller design creates an internal vortex that transfers power to the medium being pumped. This "soft" power transfer greatly limits particle degradation compared to conventional pumps.

Equally sized inlets and outlets determine the maximum particle size that the pump can handle, thus limiting the potential clogging that can occur when pumping large particles. 

Large volume runner design reduces velocity, further minimizing wear and particle degradation.

Heavy-duty bearing assembly, using heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearing and large diameter shaft, has minimal cantilever and greater rigidity, contributing to trouble-free operation.

Unique end cap assembly consisting of v-seal, double live labyrinth ring and labyrinth sleeve with grease lubrication is standard on bearing assemblies.
