Product Introduction

AG series vortex pump is mainly used to send large or crushing sensitive particle conveying conditions, this series of vortex pump is able to handle large and very soft particles, especially where particle degradation occurs. The large internal volume profile, combined with the embedded open impeller design, minimizes particle interaction and reduces the risk of potential clogging.

Product Features

The wet end parts are unlined all-metal design with simple structure, few parts and light weight. 

The unique embedded impeller design creates an internal vortex that transfers energy to the medium being pumped. This "soft" energy transfer greatly limits particle degradation compared to conventional pumps.

Equally sized inlets and outlets determine the maximum particle size that the pump can process, thus limiting the potential clogging that can occur when pumping large particles.

Large volume channels reduce velocity, further minimizing wear and particle degradation.

Heavy-duty bearing assemblies, utilizing heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearings, contribute to trouble-free operation.

Unique end cap assemblies including v-seal, double live labyrinth rings and labyrinth with grease lubrication are standard on bearing assemblies.

The shaft length configuration of the vertical pump is the same as that of the AB series.
