Product Introduction

The AQ series submerged pump is cost-effective for pumping a wide range of slurries, suspended particles and chemical media. It has dual discharge pipes to better withstand radial loads, thus eliminating the use of support bearings. Shaft is equipped with wear-resistant bushing in the high wear area near the screen to protect the shaft from abrasion.

Product Features

The flame plate is equipped with two outlets and quick couplings for quick disassembly and easy maintenance. There is a strainer above the guard plate to ensure that large particles do not enter the pump chamber.

The support and discharge pipe are made of carbon steel or stainless steel with flanges fitted with quick couplings and rubber lined outlet pipes are also available as an option.

The strainer is made of cast iron or stainless steel and is secured by two cotters for easy maintenance. 

The bearing assemblies are grease lubricated and sealed by labyrinth rings and v-seals. Both drive and non-drive end bearings are tapered roller bearings.

No support bearings are required, except for a unique rubber bearing in the 1830mm and longer shafts. 

Open 5-vane top suction impeller is used for large particles and is made of high chrome alloy as standard.
