Characteristics

Cold resistant conveyor belt is made of cotton canvas,nylon canvas. Cover rubber adopts a blend of NR and BR, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance, cold resistance and etc. It have been specifically engineered to operate in extremely cold conditions (- 20°C and below) as well as providing outstanding resistance to other demands such as abrasion (wear), oil and fire.

Specifications

Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt can be classified into two grades: 

1.Depending on the properties of the cover, our cold resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types, including tear resistant type (H), anti-abrasion type (D), and ordinary type (L). 

2.According to different cold resistance, it can be divided into two types: C1 and C2. C1-working temperature:-45~+50℃; C2-working temperature: -60~ +50℃.
