Overview of Concrete Mixer Pump for Jomalig Island

In 2025, DASWELL delivered a concrete mixer pump to the Philippine company, Mase Builders. It was used for an infrastructure project on Jomalig Island.
Chomalig Island is remote and has limited construction resources. There are no ready-mixed concrete plants on the island, and transporting fresh concrete from the mainland is impractical. To solve this problem, Daswell provided a concrete mixer pump, enabling the customer to directly produce and pump concrete.
This mixing pump is used to mix cement, aggregates, and water on-site and pump the mixed concrete directly to the foundation pouring area. The customer completed the project efficiently without the need for additional concrete pumping equipment.

Project Challenges and Concrete Pumping Solutions

Our client is a Philippine construction company specializing in engineering and infrastructure projects. Before using a concrete mixer pump, the client relied on small mixers. Concrete transportation depended on simple tools, which were inefficient and resulted in inconsistent concrete quality.

The Jomalig Island project presented even greater challenges. There was no local supply of ready-mixed concrete, and labor was insufficient. The client needed to produce concrete on-site and pump it directly to the construction area.

DASWELL’s concrete mixer pump, supplied to Mase Builders, was tailored to the specific needs of the site. The mixing system ensures a uniform blend of cement, sand, and aggregate, producing high-quality concrete. The pumping system provides stable pressure, enabling smooth and continuous pumping of concrete. All components were carefully selected, balancing durability, performance, and ease of maintenance. This solution ensures reliable operation of the concrete mixer pump during construction.
