Before corporatization in 1992, the plant was called the "9th State Bearing Plant named after V.V. Kuibyshev (9 GPZ)". Production of large bearing rings is carried out on high-precision machines ensuring the required geometry and dimensional accuracy. The process includes a number of stages, from preparation of the blank to finishing the finished product. Mechanical processing (turning, milling, grinding), welding, heat treatment. The use of CNC for manufacturing rolling elements allows achieving high accuracy and quality, as well as automating the production process. 100% process and inter-operational control of each product is performed.
