Company introduction
The Service Center of Mining Equipment LLC provides the following types of services:
Assessment of the technical condition of mining and processing equipment;
Development, installation, adjustment and repair of electric drive control systems at quarry excavators and crushing-and-screening complexes, including in the conditions of our own electrical testing laboratory in Kemerovo, equipped with modern equipment for adjustment, repair and manufacture of control systems of technological complexes of mining equipment;
Maintenance, all types of repairs of excavator and processing equipment;
Laboratory of non-destructive (certificate No. LNK-042A0027) and destructive testing (accreditation certificate No. IL-ROS-000720): vibration diagnostics, thermal imaging inspection, magnetic particle and color flaw detection, visual-measuring and ultrasonic control of metal structures, chemical analysis of metal, as well as laser alignment of drives;
Industrial safety expertise of technical devices (license No. DE-00-011440 dated 15.04.2010);
PCS software, both own developments and proven market suppliers, including special software products developed for a specific PCS for control, regulation, management and dispatching;
Services for programming, repair, adjustment of low-voltage complete devices (LVCD) and electric drives with supply of original spare parts, as well as repair of control units, on the territory of our own electrical laboratory in Kemerovo.
In addition to the above, the Service Center of Mining Equipment LLC has its own warehouse in Kemerovo, where the necessary amount of spare parts for repair of supplied and serviced equipment is located.
