Chelyabkrаnservis LLC has been engaged in the development and production of lifting cranes on railway running gear since 2005. The main customers are Russian Railways OJSC, as well as large enterprises of metallurgy, machine building, mining and other industries. More than 20 own developments are patented. Products are certified, own trademark is registered. Two lines of cranes on railway running gear have been developed and put into production: Chelyabkrаnservis LLC developed and created the innovative FM-150 crane on railway running gear with a load capacity of up to 200 tons. The FM-150 crane with telescopic ovoid boom and combined unit drive is designed for emergency recovery and loading-unloading operations of heavy cargo and equipment. The crane's load capacity is more than 200 tons. By this indicator, the crane has no analogues and significantly exceeds the indicators of all boom mobile cranes of Russian production. The FM-150 crane is a modern lifting machine that meets the latest safety requirements with an expanded range of applications for various operations. Also, Chelyabkrаnservis LLC developed a diesel-electric crane on railway running gear EDK-25 with a load capacity of 25-36 tons. The crane is designed for a wide range of loading-unloading operations (including transshipment of bulk cargo, with grab, electromagnet) on railway tracks of industrial enterprises. The EDK-25 crane was created on the basis of Chelyabkrаnservis's own design developments: a system of electromechanical crane drives with frequency conversion of speeds for the operations of lifting the load, raising the boom, rotating the crane. The installation of frequency speed conversion on mobile crane mechanisms was performed by us for the first time in the Russian history of production of track machines and special railway equipment. Chelyabkrаnservis LLC is the first enterprise in the Chelyabinsk Region to develop and produce special railway rolling stock (SRRS) from scratch, certified according to the regulations of TR TS001 "On the safety of railway transport".
